Ordered quite a few items at the same and received quick confirmation of my orders and also for a couple of them i got my warranties emailed the same day. Liked that some of the items were all delivered in one parcel.

Recently had jewellery with stones that came out. Promised a replacement only to receive a refund instead. This is not what I wanted. Made two other separate orders on different days which I had to pay post and packing on. Orders arrived in one envelope! So why did I have to pay separately for these items? If they delay the first order then they should refund the first post and packing.

Lovely sleeping beauty turquoise rings smaller than I thought but beautiful colour.

Items as advertised but after a quick arrival of my first the second didn’t arrive and the money was returned into my back without explanation, then the third was slow arriving.

Have good communication with there customers, will always solve a problem if one occurs. There television shows are getting really exciting due to all the different products they offer besides the very excellent quality of jewellery they display.
